She even went out of her way to email other realtors who had recently sold in the area we were looking at to see if they had any upcoming properties that hadn't been listed yet. Thanks to that we were able to find our new home! If she hadn't sent out the email we would have never known about this place until someone else had already bought it. She also did great at keeping us in the loop and answering any questions we had along the way. 100/100!
